"I absolutely LOVED the 2023 Halloween tournament! I had such a wonderful blast! Our team was called the "Bangtam Dwarves" where each one of us dressed up as a dwarf/snow white. This was not just your regular volleyball tournament, but it was a truly special bonding time. Even though our team did not win, we still won in our hearts. For instance, I learned to hit properly for my very first time in volleyball (it was a Eureka moment)! I've made so many friends while being at the tournament. In fact, it created a whole community of volleyball players that I call family. Lastly, this tournament increased my love for volleyball.

" The AZM volleyball club was something that I looked forward to when I was in my first year!! It breaks my heart to hear that the club won’t be running this year, but hopefully it’ll be brought back later for future uottawa students. My most memorable events at the club is just meeting new people who share a love for volleyball, playing volleyball with them and being able to play my favourite sport during my only break of the day lol. Every session I went to was memorable because I got to play volleyball and meet the friends I made along the way" - Jessica H.
